Why do we offer Cost Effective SEO?

We need increase our resources (links), and in order to do so we need to recruit new Client Partners into the Cost Effective SEO program. In return, we point quality, one way, inbound industry related links towards their sites, which allows the sites to attract more traffic, and ultimately more business.

What do we need?

All we ask in return is to build a non-intrusive folder (resource folder) within a website, where we upload fresh, unique, relevant and themed content, and link out to our paid client’s sites. We are not looking to affect the way a site looks or its functionality; this is a mutually beneficial partnership, whereby, the more our partners gain from this, the more that we gain; so it’s really is in our interest to get our partners more authority in Google, and higher rankings.

What is the process?

First, we need to check your existing website meet our minimum requirements which describe as:

Not a Gambling and Adult website.
Not a website that host under blogspot.com and wordpress.com.
Your page must have minimum 3 pages indexed by Google Search engine.

Next, we will analyze and implement on-site optimization (when necessary) by change some title and metadata in your homepage to match your keywords. Again, we are not looking to affect the way a site looks or its functionality.

Then, we will setup a resource folder. The resource folder is a non-intrusive link containing 5 pages of relevant content and links out to our client sites. Prior to uploading the resource folder, a server check needs to be carried out to check if our scripts (server side scripts) work on the server the site is hosted with. Clients need to provide us with temporary FTP access to do the server check. The server check takes around 30 seconds to complete, and the folder is removed once we confirm everything is OK. The full set up files are then to be uploaded (resource folder) to the root directory.

Please note, when FTP access is provided and we handle the set up in-house, a site can go live in a matter of days. We prefer to do it in-house instead of getting your developer to do for you to avoid any technical difficulties. Or else it can take weeks and even months for a site to go live. Once the setup is complete, you can remove the FTP access immediately. However, if we found some problem on our links page, we may request for the temporary access again. But this case doesn’t occur frequently.

Our parameters:

Outbound Links - There will be a maximum of 60 outbound links placed over 6 pages on the website from a non-intrusive link (Maximum links of 10 per page). The content will be relevant to the industry in question, and the links out will be to our client sites, which again will be relevant to the industry. This is purely for Google to index the site
Inbound Links – There will be a minimum of 40 themed links to the website, however the program will continue indefinitely. We only use 1 year as a guideline, and not looking to cut off our resources after 1 year.
Social Bookmarks – There will be 40 social bookmarking links to your site within a year.
Standard Directory Submission – There will be 400 submissions within a year.
We provide monthly reporting, as is the case with our paid services; which outlines all the industry related links to/from the website. If, at any time, a client is unhappy with any of the work we carry out, we can change or remove it.
We do not link to and from any un-ethical websites.
